Earth to Tables Legacies: Multimedia Food Conversations across Generations and Cultures is a visually stunning, full-colour multimedia book with eleven photo essays and links to ten videos that seek to stimulate dialogue and action for food justice and food sovereignty, from earth to tables.
This two-hour book launch will include an introduction to the Earth to Tables Legacies book and an opportunity to engage in discussions with collaborators, food activists, students, and educators, catalyzed by specific videos in the four sections of the book: honouring ways of knowing, rethinking our relationship to the earth, seeking food justice and sharing our tables.
