Community launch of our Earth to Tables Legacie’s new book!
Earth to Tables Legacies: Multimedia Food Conversations across Generations and Cultures is a visually stunning, full-colour multimedia book with eleven photo essays and links to ten videos that seek to stimulate dialogue and action for food justice and food sovereignty, from earth to tables.
This four-hour book launch included an introduction to the Earth to Tables Legacies book and an opportunity to engage in discussions with collaborators.
